TAWITHSA LTD provides education consultancy services including but not limited to: guidance on university and college selection in the United Kingdom; assistance with university and college application processes; advice on entry requirements, courses, and career pathways; document preparation and review for applications; liaison with partner universities and colleges on behalf of clients; and general guidance on student life, accommodation, and related matters in the UK.
3. Important Disclaimers
3.1 No Guarantee of Admission: We act as an advisory and facilitation service. We do not guarantee admission to any university or college. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective institutions and are beyond our control.
3.2 No Immigration Advice: Unless explicitly stated and unless we are registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA, formerly OISC), we do not provide immigration or visa advice. Any general information we share regarding visas or immigration is for informational purposes only and does not constitute regulated immigration advice. We strongly recommend that you seek advice from an IAA-registered adviser or a qualified immigration solicitor for all visa and immigration matters.
3.3 Accuracy of Information: While we endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date information, course details, entry requirements, fees, and other information are subject to change by the respective universities and colleges. We accept no liability for any changes made by third parties.
4. Client Obligations
As a client of TAWITHSA LTD, you agree to: provide accurate, truthful, and complete information and documentation; inform us promptly of any changes to your personal details or circumstances; respond to our communications in a timely manner; not submit fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents; comply with the terms, conditions, and deadlines set by partner universities and colleges; and pay all agreed fees in accordance with these Terms.
TAWITHSA LTD reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client provides false or misleading information or submits fraudulent documentation.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Our service fees will be communicated to you in writing before you engage our services. A detailed fee schedule will be provided as part of your service agreement.
5.2 Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods as communicated.
5.3 All fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
5.4 Late payments may be subject to interest at the rate of 2% above the Bank of England base rate.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TAWITHSA LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

8. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, you have certain statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, and any information provided as part of our services must be accurate.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
